Trained as an engineer at the French Petroleum Institute, Mr. Louis Tanoe Vonan began his industrial life across twelve years at the Société des Transports Abidjanais as Engineering and Technical Manager. The petroleum chapter opened in 1998 with Shell Plc, where he spent over a decade across operations, supply, and distribution in West and Central Africa, and served on the Shell Oil Product Africa Distribution Operation Audit Review Team.
He approaches Casti Energies & Services GH Ltd as an operator first. The Company is run by people with direct line experience of the products it trades: density, weight, and water-cut are taken in-house, and specifications are verified against the physical product, not inferred from documentation. He holds the commercial authority of the House — no trade is confirmed without his counterparty judgement behind it.
Beyond the Casti Group of Companies, Mr. Louis Tanoe Vonan holds concurrent advisory and executive posts across the regional petroleum industry — Chief Executive Officer of Nenser Petroleum, Lead Consultant to Convenio Energy of Mauritius and South Africa, Lead Consultant to New Horizon Energy of South Africa, and Lead Oil & Gas Consultant and Partner of FernHill Proprietary of Botswana.
