Trade Finance & Credit

Documentary letters of credit, standby letters of credit, credit assessment of counterparties, and relationship management with the Group’s correspondent banks.

Counterparty Relations

Origination, vetting, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management across the trading jurisdictions. In step with Compliance, Risk & Governance on KYC and sanctions screening.

Human Capital

Recruitment, retention, and development of personnel across the Casti Group. Maintains the documentary record of every member of the team and the roster of appointed Heads.

IX

Administration

Day-to-day administration of the Office of the Trading House in Accra. Holds the operational diary, correspondence record, and standing protocols of the Office of the Chief Executive.
